Lodging FAQ

What can we expect when renting a private home, condominium or lodge room at Jefferson Landing Club?

Our professional rental standards are the highest in the surrounding area. We provide each guest with a fresh, clean home, including linens for the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Also included is soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee (regular), and a condiment packet, as well as some additional supplies available upon request. Housekeeping and towel service are provided on a daily basis. Some homes include a washer and dryer; however, please note that there are no public laundry facilities at Jeremy’s Lodge.

What type of bedding configurations is available?

The number and choices of beds vary with each unit. Our reservationists will be glad to walk through the available options with you. Each unit includes quality mattresses and box springs, pillows, and professionally laundered linens, blankets and bedspreads.

What appliances are included?

Rental unit appliances vary depending on the size of the unit. All rental properties (including lodge rooms) include the following appliances:
  • Automatic coffee maker
  • Microwave oven
  • Small refrigerator
Some of our larger rental homes and condos include kitchens, along with items you would need for entertaining. Feel free to discuss your kitchen and appliance questions with a reservationist.

What is in the kitchen?

Rental properties with kitchen facilities include ample dinnerware, flatware and glassware. Baking dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils are also provided.

Do all units have a television?

All rental properties include a minimum of a color television plus basic cable service.

Are rental properties furnished?

Yes, all rental properties are fully furnished. 

Are units within walking distance of the Sports Complex which includes the swimming pool, fitness and tennis courts?

Many rental units are within easy walking distance to our resort amenities.

Are rental properties pet-friendly?

Pet-friendly units are not available through JL’s rental program.

Do all units have a fireplace?

Many rental units include gas fireplaces. Please ask your reservations agent if a particular unit has one or not. If the unit includes a fireplace, it will include operating instructions.

What other items are in included in a rental unit?

In addition to linens and basic appliances mentioned, each unit includes: 
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Hair dryer
  • Alarm clock in each bedroom
  • Radio/CD player

Are motorcycles permitted in the resort?

Motorcycles are permitted on resort property. However, we cannot accommodate recreational vehicles (RVs).

How do I check in after-hours?

If you arrive after the registration desk is closed (hours vary by season), we have security on the property 24 hours a day. Our security personnel will have all of your arrival information at the front gate.
