Frequently Asked Lodging Questions

Guests at Jefferson Landing Club can choose their vacation rental from many attractive private homes, condominiums, townhomes or lodge rooms. Each of our vacation rental properties comes with unique amenities, and the views and location vary accordingly. Listed here are answers to the most frequently asked questions from previous guests who have stayed with us at Jefferson Landing. What can we expect in renting a private home, condominium or lodge room at Jefferson Landing Club?

We provide to our guests a fresh, clean home, including linens for the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Also included is soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee (reg.) and a condiment packet. Please note there are no laundry facilities at the lodge but all other rental properties have laundry facilities available. Housekeeping and towel service are provided on a daily basis but may be requested for an additional charge. Our professional rental standards are the highest in the surrounding area.

What type of bedding configurations is available?

The number and choices of bedding vary with each unit and our reservationists will be glad to walk through your available choices with you. Each unit includes quality mattresses and a box spring, pillows, and professionally laundered linens, blankets and bed spreads.

What Appliances are included?

Rental Unit appliances vary depending on unit size. All rental properties (including lodge rooms) include the following appliances:

  • Automatic Coffee Maker
  • A Microwave Oven
  • A Small Refrigerator

Some of our larger rental homes and condos include multiple kitchens, bars, grills and all the items you would need for entertaining. Please direct all your kitchen and appliance questions to a reservationist.

What is in the Kitchen?

Rental properties with kitchen facilities include an appropriate number of place settings for dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. Baking dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils are also included.

Television Service

All rental properties include a minimum of one color television, and basic cable service. Many rental units have multiple televisions stations and or satellite service.

Are Rental Properties Furnished?

Yes rental properties are fully furnished.

Are Units within walking distance to the Sports Complex which includes the swimming pool, fitness & tennis courts?

Many rental units are within easy walking distance to these resort amenities.

Are Rental Properties Pet Friendly?

Some rental properties welcome pets, although there may be some restrictions. Please contact your reservationist with pet related questions.

Does Our Unit Come with A Fireplace?

Many rental units include gas fireplaces. Please ask one of our reservations agents about whether the unit has one or not. If unit includes a fireplace, it will include operating instructions.

What other Items are in included in a rental unit?

Included in all our rental units, guests will find the following:

  • Iron/Ironing Board
  • Hair Dryer
  • Telephone with local calling plan (minimum 1 in kitchen)
  • Alarm clock in each bedroom
  • Radio/CD player for entertainment

Are Motorcycles permitted in the resort?

Motorcycles are permitted on resort property.

What if I am checking in after-hours?

If you come after the registration desk is closed (hours depend on the season), security is here 24 hours. They will have all of your arrival information at the front gate.
